Natalie Elizaroff

Natalie Elizaroff is an experienced intellectual property attorney with a focus on trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, strategic IP counseling, and business development. She has a strong academic background in sciences and law, which allows her to provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in various industries. With her impeccable legal knowledge and highly adept problem-solving skills, she ensures that her clients receive the peace of mind they deserve.

Natalie completed her Bachelor's degree in molecular biology from Loyola University Chicago and spent several years at Evanston Hospital, where she conducted comparative research studies, performed quality control testing, and worked on state-of-the-art medical device technology. After discovering her true calling in law, she received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Illinois Chicago, where she was a dean's list student, law review member, and president of the Intellectual Property Law Society and Video Game Law Society. Natalie has been licensed to practice in Illinois since 2022.

Throughout her legal career, Natalie has worked with a range of clients, from startups to huge companies in numerous industries, including publishing, consumer advising, food services, electronics, and more. Her experience includes managing and maintaining trademark portfolios, conducting clearance searches, prosecuting trademark applications, resolving IP infringement disputes, issuing cease and desist notifications, obtaining and enforcing copyright and trademark rights, among other legal matters.

Natalie's background in molecular biology has helped her develop her analytical skills, outside-the-box thinking, and a solution-creating mindset. Her inquisitive nature has motivated her to remain active in the legal community, where she publishes monthly articles with the Chicago Bar Association's @theBar Blog, participates in the Richard Linn Inn of Court, and organizes panels as the CBA's Creative Acts Committee Vice-Chair.
